Clearing Your Browser's Cache

Some shoppers have reported difficulty in successfully submitting surveys since the software upgrade. Many of these problems can be overcome by clearing your cache.


Here’s how you can clear your cache:


Internet Explorer

1. Open the browser

2. In the Menu bar, left click “Tools”

3. On the “General” Tab, left click “Delete” under Browsing History

4. Make sure the box next to Temporary Internet Files is checked and click “Delete”


Mozilla Firefox

1. Open the browser

2. At the top of the Menu bar, click the Firefox button or “Tools” if you are using Windows XP

3. Left click “Options”

4. Left click on the “Advanced” button

5. Left click on the “Network” Tab

6. To the right of Cached Web Content is a “Clear Now” button. Click it.


Google Chrome

1. Click the Chrome menu on the toolbar

2. Mouse over “Tools” and click on “Clear Browsing Data”

3. Make sure that “Empty the Cache” is checked

4. Left click on “Clear Browsing Data” at the bottom of the pop-up
